Returns Policy

We are sure that you will be very pleased with the delivery you receive from us, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the products, please contact us at enquiries@chukz.com  within seven working days of having received the delivery to arrange return. Please note that in this scenario we are unable to reimburse return postage costs and it is your responsibility to package the product carefully so that it arrives in perfect resalable condition.

In the unlikely event of goods arriving damaged or faulty, please contact us at enquiries@chukz.com   within seven working days of having received the delivery, we will then arrange a refund or replacement and reimburse you for return postage if we require the item back.
